1. No Refunds or Returns
All purchases made through Jilani By Furqan are final. We do not offer refunds or accept returns for change of mind, incorrect product selection, or any other reason except as outlined in this Exchange Policy.
2. Exchange Eligibility
We offer exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order if:
- The item received is defective or damaged.
- You received an incorrect item.
- The size ordered does not fit (subject to stock availability).
To be eligible for an exchange:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
- All original tags and packaging must be intact.
- The product must be in its original condition without any signs of use or damage caused by the customer.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.
3. Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for exchange:
- Customized or personalized products.
- Sale or clearance items.
- Gift cards.
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling after delivery.
- Towels or hygiene-related products that have been opened or used.
4. Size Exchanges
Size exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested size is unavailable, we may offer an alternative available size or store credit at our sole discretion.
Customers requesting a size exchange may be responsible for any applicable shipping or delivery charges unless otherwise stated.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:
- Your order number.
- Clear photographs of the product and packaging.
- A brief description of the issue.
Upon verification, we will arrange an exchange at no additional cost where applicable.
6. Shipping Charges
Unless the exchange is due to our error or a defective product:
- Customers are responsible for any exchange shipping or delivery charges.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Jilani By Furqan is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
7. Order Cancellation
Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will be subject to the terms of this Exchange Policy.
